Our Service 

We provide our Customers with access to event planning, registration, event marketing and member management tools. We do this through our websites and domains, the services available on or through our website and domains or otherwise provided by us, and the software available on or through our websites and domains or otherwise provided by us (collectively, the “Services”). Customers use the system to record member information and to register event attendees (“Invitees”). Customers and Invitees are collectively referred to as “Members”.

Privacy Protections and Use of Information 

Currinda will not disclose or share Personal Information collected on their web sites with any third party, except as required by law and/or pursuant to a governmental request, or as necessary to provide services to support its software solutions. For example, Currinda may pass Personal Information to their business partners necessary to process abstract submissions, online/ecommerce payments and travel related reservations.  Currinda never has, and never will, use information collected by its Customers via the Currinda system for any purposes other than those specifically designated by its Customers.

Your Consent

By using the Services or allowing someone to use the Services on your behalf, you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage in accordance with the Privacy Policy of any Personal Data or other information received by us as a result of such use.

Member Registration

When you register on Currinda’s site, you have granted permission to release the information you entered as an Invitee to the Customer.

Log Data

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

We use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

eCommerce

If you are registering as an Invitee, we may request payment information to conclude the transaction as well as your mailing address or other contact information to ensure authentication and proper delivery.  We use industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) encryption.  We do not sell or rent your personal financial information.  When you engage in an eCommerce transaction on our site using a credit card, your credit card information, including the number and expiration date and your billing addresses, is passed onto the merchant with whom the transaction was placed; only Currinda and the merchant with whom you placed the order has access to your credit card information.  Your credit card information is stored with each order in the Currinda system just long enough to fully process your transaction.  After the transaction has completed, your credit card information is removed from our system for security reasons.  You can decline to provide credit card information and any other information at our site at any time.  If you should choose to withhold requested information; however, we may not be able to provide you with the full spectrum of our services.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Compliance With Laws
