There are often times when you have the name, email address, invoice # or transaction # of a delegate and need to find their registration information. There are a number of ways to do this.
Given just a name or email address, the easiest way to find the delegate is through the Users search.
After finding the user, clicking through their name will find all registrations and association memberships attached to the user.
The second way of finding a delegate if you’ve been provided with an invoice or transaction number is through Financial Reports. Use the search box to find the necessary transaction number and then click through to the pertinent event.
There is a 3rd way of finding delegates and this is when you are inside an event or association within the admin interface. This search box is in the top right corner through-out the interface and will search for delegates that are registered for the currently selected event or members of the current association.
