Managing Sponsorship Entitlements

Sponsorship Entitlements (locate via tab sequence Sponsors & Trade > Setup > Entitlements) are configured to provide the Event Administrator a complete list of items available for sale to potential sponsors.

For our example illustrated below, a sponsor might purchase a sponsorship package that includes an exhibitor booth. In this case, the sponsorship’s Entitlement would be the actual booth that the sponsor will receive i.e. Booth #14.To manage Sponsorship Entitlements, navigate by clicking Sponsors & Trade (LHS menu), Setup (LHS menu), Entitlements (Horizontal menu).

To create a Sponsorship Entitlement, click the green ‘+ Add New‘ button and complete the required Name and Type fields. If the Type selected is ‘Booth‘ (and you have uploaded a Trade Map) you will be able to specify the exact location of the booth on the map by a simple click-and-drag onto the map. To change your selection, click on the drawn square to remove it and draw another.

Currinda also allows you to allocate a Sponsorship to each Entitlement on this page as well. This is optional. Simply select their organisation from the Sponsorship select field.

Alternatively, you can select their sponsorship, click the Entitlements tab and allocate any number of entitlements to them.
