Column layouts

 Webpage column settings

Displaying content how you want it is important. Currinda's event website builder includes a column layout tool to create your webpage column settings.   The tool allows you to easily set vertical columns for each individual Section.

Choosing the number of columns

"ColumnLayoutSelection""ColumnLayoutView"To select the number of columns that you would like to use in a particular section:

  • Select the number of columns from the "Num Columns" dropdown
  • Save the page

Experiment with different numbers of columns to make sure you both maximise use of space as well as maintain readability.[content_boxes layout="clean-horizontal" columns="1" icon_align="left" title_size="" backgroundcolor="#91c4ba" icon_circle="" icon_circle_radius="" iconcolor="" circlecolor="" circlebordercolor="" circlebordercolorsize="" outercirclebordercolor="" outercirclebordercolorsize="" icon_size="" link_type="" link_area="" animation_delay="" animation_offset="" animation_type="0" animation_direction="down" animation_speed="0.1" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" class="" id=""][content_box title="Tip" icon="" backgroundcolor="" iconcolor="" circlecolor="" circlebordercolor="" circlebordercolorsize="" outercirclebordercolor="" outercirclebordercolorsize="" iconrotate="" iconspin="no" image="" image_width="35" image_height="35" link="" linktarget="_self" linktext="" animation_type="0" animation_direction="down" animation_speed="0.1"]Remember to give your content plenty of space. Nobody likes reading paragraphs of text crammed into a small area. When reviewing your choice of column layout, keep in mind that you want anyone who is on the page to enjoy their experience and not strain to read the information that you worked so hard to gather.[/content_box][/content_boxes]
